Cantaloupe (HarvestCraft)Edit

Cantaloupes are crops added by the HarvestCraft mod. Cantaloupes are edible, and can be consumed to reduce the player's hunger.

Cantaloupe can be obtained by right-clicking on a ripe Cantaloupe crop to harvest it. Cantaloupe does not need to be replanted after harvesting, as it will use the same plot to grow future Cantaloupe crops.

Planting a new plot of Cantaloupe requires a Cantaloupe Seed.

Planting Cantaloupe SeedsEdit

A Cantaloupe Seed can be obtained in one of three ways, depending on if you are playing the Basic or Hungry version of the Life in the Woods modpack:

  1. Placing a Cantaloupe in a crafting grid will craft one Cantaloupe Seed.
  2. Breaking grass has a chance to result in a Cantaloupe seed as part of the random seeds dropped. (Basic)
  3. Using a hoe to till a non-hydrated grass block (not near the water) will cause the grass to drop a randomly selected seed, possibly a Cantaloupe Seed. (Hungry)

Once obtained, Cantaloupe Seeds can be planted by right-clicking on tilled soil while it is held in the player's hand. This is the same method used for Potatoes and Carrots in vanilla Minecraft.
