Blueberry (HarvestCraft) (HarvestCraft)Edit
Blueberries are crops added by the HarvestCraft mod. Blueberries are edible, and can be consumed to reduce the player's hunger.
A Blueberry can be obtained by right-clicking on a ripe Blueberry crop to harvest it. Blueberries do not need to be replanted after harvesting, as it will use the same plot to grow future Blueberry crops.
Planting a new plot of Blueberries requires a Blueberry Seed.
Blueberry bushes are found in Forest and Plains biomes.
If the Hunger Overhaul mod is installed, the biomes listed above are also the biomes that the crop will grow best in. Growing crops in a biome where they are not suited has a penalty of making them grow 4x slower.
All biomes are listed by their classification from Forge's OreDictionary. A guide to all biomes contained within a biome classification can be found here: Forge's OreDictionary (Biomes)
Planting Blueberry SeedsEdit
A Blueberry Seed can be obtained in one of three ways, depending on if you are playing the Basic or Hungry version of the Life in the Woods modpack:
- Placing a Blueberry in a crafting grid will craft one Blueberry Seed.
- Breaking grass has a chance to result in a Blueberry seed as part of the random seeds dropped. (Basic)
- Using a hoe to till a non-hydrated grass block (not near the water) will cause the grass to drop a randomly selected seed, possibly a Blueberry Seed. (Hungry)
The following recipes use Blueberry (HarvestCraft): Blueberry Jelly, Blueberry Juice, Blueberry Muffin, Blueberry Pancakes, Blueberry Pie, Blueberry Smoothie, Blueberry Yogurt, Fruit Crumble, Fruit Punch, and Fruit Salad.
